Open ELIS API - Main Application Module

This module contains the FastAPI application for the Open ELIS therapy recommendation system. It sets up the main FastAPI instance, configures CORS middleware, and registers all API route handlers for therapy types, methods, clusters, therapists, and questionnaire result calculations.
